Yes, they did. A frikkin denial of service attack.
Any time people are caught hacking, they should get about 10 years in a maximum security facility, with no parole, probation, or early release. Upon release, they should be denied any computer access for another 10 years, with any failure to comply resulting in another 10 years in maximum security. Hackers are common low life scum who cost us billions of dollars a year, and get off with far too little penalty as a result.
