Re: Nostalgia/SS in the Tri-State S/SS Association
Thanks Mike, the reason I'am inquiring for something that I can have at the shop to refrence is that we are building a few new cars for guys that want to run N/SS and they garner information from the site and 422 that seem conflicting or open to different interpitations. This adds to the confusion of the construction of the builds.I wish that I could have something I can put my finger on and say this is the way it should be done.
We just had an issue about trunk floor and wheel tub replacement material as well as tire size and rear suspension. Are they that stringent on trunk floor and other metal replacement panels?I would think that more libral rules and if the car appears period correct that they would accept them and the car count would be greater. Are all cars running 9.50 and faster going to be classified A/FX?We seen different tracks allow many different combinations,is Tri-State going to be flexiable or hold to T on the rules? After all it's still mimics a bracket style race, weather it's to the tenth, hunderedth or dial with changes.???????
