Listening to race cars is one thing, someone's barking dog is not even on the same subject. Someone's pets barking is the same as someone's kids misbehaving. The passing lane is exactly that a passing lane, if someone wants to exceed the speed limit that is there prerogative. Law enforcement can enforce the speed limits, but get out of the passing lane.
As for someone's misbehaving kids, grow some balls and deal with correcting the behavior and take them out, or leave. Others are there to have pleasant conversations, and your screaming and misbehaving kids are a reflection of the parent and their parenting. Who is in control? The kid or the parent? This is the future of our country and the crap our poor teachers have to deal with daily! Get a clue, and if you want to make comments show your name for credibility, otherwise your just another troll.
