Regarding RT 66 ---the week or should I say weeks before this race we had an enormous amount of rain like the Wettest April -Wettest May and Wettest June in history--- it poured it did not sprinkle -the ground is totally saturated--- people had flooding where there never was flooding and they flooded----some people are still bailing out--- this is probaly a major reason for the low turnout PLUS the forecast was not great and it did rain!!!
But there is no excuse for NO PROMOTION!!! the Nascar track has been running ads on TV,radio and the major Newspapers for a coupla months for their races why not NHRA???
