It is just like building a regular stocker except you are using a different motor. All the same specs apply as far as part#s, just they are for the motor you are running.

Duane Eiskantt II runs a stock/gt Mustang. He regularly posts on this forum. He could answer some of your questions. You could also go to an IHRA race and talk to Hank Blankenship from IHRA.
