This is very sad news, indeed. At my first Indy appearance, I had to race Doug for the M/SA trophy. While pulling into the pre-staging area, I had a flat tire on the left front. Doug told me to take my time, he would wait as long as needed. We were some of the last pairs to go down. Although I lost, it was a great Indy experience because it showed me there are alot of true sportsmen out there. Godspeed Doug, as far as I'm concerned, we'll always be friends.......
