I would look closely at the wheels, tires, and axles on a longer heavier trailer. 6 hole wheels are normally 5K axles, and are much better than the 3500 axles which are 5 X 4.5 wheels and has larger bearings. The 8 hole a 6K and usually has 16" wheels. Has the same larger brakes, and has 8 lugs, and a larger outer bearing than the 5K. 15" tires on a28 or larger trailer are a little doubtful, especaially if you are traveling any distance.
