Has anyone seen the posting about the Dutch Classic.
It states the AHFS will not be in effect. It doesn't say anything about averages, or triggers, or instant hits.
It says
8. AHFS WILL NOT BE IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT.
