Since baseball is America's creation, it is only fitting that I share this greatest moment in baseball!
Rick Monday saves the flag.
I don;t remember ever hearing anything about this, but it did happen back in the 70's when I was still a liberal Democrat, and only watched and listened to lame stream press. And this would only have been news, if Rick Monday had NOT saved the flag.
