Bob ,When you mentioned Excessive ......It makes me think NHRA is,nt familiar with the term at least as far as far as Pay-out !!!!! Every time i ever approached a potential sponsor they pretty much dictated what they exspected as far as banners and displays....... Plain and simple they want thier cut or you cant have it . Just another way to put the scews to us again .
