This 3110 is the 17'6" open bed version with 4 extra D Rings (8 total). In excellent condition with very little actual use. I just put on 4 brand new tires because I didn't trust the original set due to age, the tread was still like new. This is a real bargain, please check prices on the new ones and think you might agree.
