Well my crew chief (Dad) always gave me a motivational speech to inspire me, such as "if you screw this one up you better figure out how to drive this damn race car home because u ain't riding with me!!" or my personal favorite "I'm out of beer and it's too damn hot for this best 2 out of 3 race **** so kick this guys *** twice in a row so we can get the hell out of here"...my dad the motivator...lol
