Former Sanford Drag Strip racer, Jack Strader (Jack Ashley), was the receipent of the 2011 Ronnie Sox Memorial Award at the East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Sunday. Jack raced at Sanford, Easy Street, Piedmont and other area tracks.
