Default TH400 shifter

I currently use a Turbo Action shifter. I have a bad habit of shifting to N at the stripe and the lockout handle is close enough to the main T handle that I sometimes shift to R. I know I'm a dumb ***, so you don't need to tell me whai I already know. Is there a shifter that is more idiot proof than the Turbo Action? I'd like to extend the space between the 2 handles and I've tried to call Turbo Action, but haven't gotten an answer.

I've looked into a clean neutral VB, but TCI doesn't have any and doesn't know when they will make more. The Griner VB requires the trans brake to be functional and I run foot brake stuff.
