Low 1.50 60' times is pretty impressive, even in N. I just touched the 1.50s last time out at a P weight. I thought that was pretty good. Oh well, time to keep tweaking the combo.

I've put at least 5 sets of front springs on my car. One custom set was incorrectly made. Instead of using the front half weight, they (mistakenly) used the total weight of the car as the front weight. So I guess I had springs rated at 3200#'s on the front! Or at least I tried. You shoulod have seen me TRYING to compress those springs! When it couldn't be done, I finally said "something is wrong here"! And Moroso doesn't offer a spring and factory springs didn't do what I wanted. Therefore I went custom. And that took a few tries. I used Coil Spring Specialties in Kansas City (MO or KS?). They cost $150 a pair at the time (this was probably 1997 or so) and the springs have NEVER dropped at all. Moroso springs seem to be good for a couple years at best on some cars.
And removing a coil CAN be significant in terms of percentage of spring rate. You'll have to do the math.
