If he is banned for life how does he get a license for that car? If he doesn't have one how does he get to race at NHRA tracks? I know the Outlaw Fuel Altered series guys had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get NHRA legal to run at Ennis and other NHRA tracks. Is this series just under the radar?
