Thanks for the kind words. My sons and I spend most of our spare time tinkering with our collection of about 15 Drag cars. Vegas is an outstanding and very safe track. It has the best shutdown of any track in the country and is very flat and smooth. Our cars are as safe and carefully prepared as we and our friends know how to build them, I don't worry about any capable and experienced stock driver handling them.
We would not be able to race without the amazing mechanical talents of Greg Luneauk of TriCity, Steve Wann of Retig Bros and Don Little ..........who are extraordinarily patient with us. Also Dave Whitneck, Randy Purcell, Ken Etter and Jack Foschee who generously help us put everything together. My health has drastically limited my own energy the last few years but not my enthusiam.

I got the Name GTX JOHN from Big Willie of the LA Street Racers in 1967 for a Rootbeer Brown 1967 GTX (Hemi 4 Speed) that was pretty well known on the streets of So. Cal. The whole story is on First New Muscle Car Thread last week.

My Wife told me it was either her or the Cars about 20 years ago........I don't miss her that much at my age. I did keep the Kids as well as the cars.
