Purpose: I (Travis Salter) have had an amazing year in drag racing so far this year and have an opportunity to become the 2010 IHRA World Champion and possibly use this to persue my life long dream of becoming a professional racecar driver. As a young married man with a child I am unable to come up with the finances it takes to drive to Virginia on my own in such a short amount of time, that is why I am asking for any/all donations for this one time race. I need $2,000 to make the trip to Virginia, I am not asking you to donate the full amount to me but I am asking if you could please help me in any way possible it would be greatly appreciated. Any amount of donations will be very helpful no matter the amount, I could use all the help I can get in this situation. All donations will be used solely for the purpose of the travel expenses to event, the event, and to return home.
