I have moved up or down a class to avoid a possible heads up and will continue to if posssible. Do like IHRA and put the new cars in a class of their own and let them dook it out. I had a dream to one day be able to have a class car. That dream has come true,Now when i win the lottery LOOK OUT all you 283 combos i'm a comming. If i can't be faster then i'll just buy the fastest one.lol
I agree Danny.....Thats the same line of thinking that my friend Don Dimler has who used to own the K/CM 65 Plymouth and I have about this stuff. You go to these things to have FUN and enjoy being with friends who have the same interests. If you won every race your still never going to get rich and you need to get beat to keep it interesting. To many racers place such an importance of being the baddest dude in the valley and sometimes it takes the fun away from what you enjoy to do and money out of your pocket. Tell Hank I said hello if he is there. Have a safe trip and dont work to hard.
