The well is about one mile south of the track, and we were fortunate that the wind blew all of the oil & salt water away from the track and across highway 70. Looks like we will be closed for another week until they can get highway 70 reopened once they get all of Steve Kent's equipment and tanks moved off the the shoulder of the road.
Looks like we will be have everything in place for our Lucas Oil event next month. If only Steve Kent could help his driver Rodger Brogden as much as he did for us!  |
