Paul, Not sure if you mean the "slowest" or the worst.
My worst a 2004 Mustang Cobra tuned to 500+ hp. Axle hoppin' girl's car. Man I hated that thing.
The slowest; 1973 Gran Torino Sport with a 429 and a C6... slug.
