I liked this first round matchup at the D3 race in Michigan this past weekend:

Richard Rodgers, Dearborn Heights MI, in a 2010 Cobra Jet AA/SA qualified number 5 with a 9.800 on the 10.60 index versus the number 35 qualifier Jack Larsen, Cropsey IL, in a 1972 Comet V/S (that's right, a six-cylinder stick car) with a 14.789 on the 15.25 index. Rodgers won with a 171 light and ran a 9.906 on a 9.80 dial in. Does anyone know what Larsen did?

In any event, what's your opinion? If your say Wenzel versus Rampy at Norwalk, that's OK too
