In all the excitement of the August-like tempreture & subsequent Pollen storm at the D-1 opener at Atco this weekend we somehow overlooked the accomplishment of fellow Stock Elim racer Jerry McNeish, who after a long chase & a lot of hard work finally nailed the D-Stick record with his new 67 Z-28.
He set the record at a 10.45 which is amazing considering how lousy the conditions were. Low barometer & high temps in the 90's
