Well, I just hung up with Impact Racing whom stated this is now in their attorney's hands and to expect a statement to be released some time next week....
stay tuned....
It is my understanding this relates to all of Impact's SFI rated safety products.....Helmets are not SFI rated, they are Snell rated.
