I know you only wanted a yes or no. But.
Back then we built our own stuff. We went to junkyards got parts, made them work.
Now people just take their cars to the dynoshop. Fork over a ton of cash and they have a fast car. It's just not personal any more.
I think we have moved on from our love affair with cars
