If you look at the run sheet and check off to see who makes the pass (I realize the divisional only cars are running this time run) then make that decision.

I don't have a problem with it I'm just thinking if only maybe 1 or 2 cars went home they might have jumped the gun on throwing away the ladder. I for one liked my position on the ladder as I only had one M car on my side and i didn't have to meet them till the semi's I know others strategically qualify too, to avoid other class cars and other family members in the early rounds. any body else's thoughts?

You pretty much covered it in your second sentence. They probably feel it would be too time consuming to have comp. bye runs at the race.
To any casual fan who would follow the sequence of events at races in the past few years, it would be obvious that there is something wrong with the way the organization is being run,on and off the track.
Example.Them being embarrassed by the Pro Stock drivers to postpone the rest of their eliminations at Phoenix. If these racers were sheep there was the potential for another disaster on the track on Monday.Good for them speaking up.Too bad a show of solidarity by sportsman racers couldn't produce better results for us.
