Not sure about that fork but weld a small gusset in the back by the curved area stiffens it up so NO FLEX whatsoever --also when you cut the slot for the heim joint DO NOTuse a clevis pin/cotter pin to attach the clutch rod to the fork use a small bolt with a ny-lock nut will not vibrate off that way---do not know how often you change engines but a good trick is to drill a 1 1/2 inch hole in the inner fender so you can get a socket wrench at the bolt that holds the clutch cross shaft in that groved tab---much easier than standing on your head reaching down thru the steering shaft/headers etc!!
