Default Re: NEW NHRA enviorenmental policy READ IT

Someone on the 90s section asked if Valvoline/Pyroil brake cleaner is non chlorinated.
Their website seems to show two types:

Here's one listing:
Brake Cleaner/Degreaser No VOC 15 Oz
PYROIL NVOC15 Brake Cleaner/Degreaser Non Chlorinated No VOC Container Size 15 Oz. Clear Can Transparent Boiling Point 133 F 0.1 Specific Gravity Dissolves ....

Here's the other one, says it contains chloronated solvents.
Instantly removes brake fluid, grease, oil and brake dust

•Removes brake fluid, grease, oil and brake dust instantly
•Flushes oil, dirt and carbon from electric motors
•Contains no petroleum solvents
•Non-flammable and non-conductive
•Leaves no residue
•Contains a mixture of chlorinated solvents to control evaporation rate
•Powerful aerosol assists cleaning action
