I think there had better be some legal opinions on this! I know this! from prior experance..........by you noting, signing, or confirming that you have been trained, or educated in any form...........you are setting yourself up for being busted..........It's the same as admiting that you know better and you should not have done it...........

My previous employer used to use the same tactics. bust ya, then whip out the signed form that you have been trained...........Your fired.
