So basically in 2010 permanent hits would be .05 faster than in 2009? i.e. Caro's -1.41 run at Indy that hit SS/BM .15, wouldn't automatically hit it .15 in 2010? If so, then that ain't right. It should still be 1.40 or 1.10 less the three tenths.
