On September 5th, 2009 at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk Ohio, Tony Elrod was driving a borrowed car and had a Transmission Malfunction. He went into reverse after the finish line causing his car to run into his opponent, Steve Seredich. Both cars rolled multiple times . Thankfully the drivers walked away with no major injuries. Tony Elrod and his family are hosting a benefit dinner to help raise money for Steve Seredich and Jim Berschneider. Please help support your fellow racers by attending this event.
If your are coming to the Benefit/Pratice Tree Party and going to the HALLOWEEN CLASSIC alot of people will be bring thier rigs and parking at Walmart, Big Lots and the best is that right across the street from the Norwalk Elks Club is the South View Business Center that is a vacant business for sale that has a HUGE, HUGE parking lot. Come out Saturday eat, drink, party and walk across the street, sleep and drive to the track Sunday morning. The Norwalk Elks Club is 4 miles from the track.
