One other thing to think about on this. If you block the line going to the rear brakes with a line lock solonoid the piston in the master cylinder is not going to want to move since the fluid in the line would build pressure very fast with little pedal movement, therefore making it very hard to build pressure in the front brakes. Also if you can build pressure you would have to hold your foot on the brake pedal during the burnout to maintain it. If you want to do a rolling burnout why not just set the brake pressure lower with the line lock on the front (ie if you usually set it at 800 just use 400 or whatever works for you) so the car will still roll a little bit when it comes out of the water box.
