I knew Shirley for such a short time but I can say that she set me straight right away in the procedures of the tech trailer. I soon learned when the appropriate time was to approach her for contingency decals! I'll miss her friendly authority and those Maple Leaf shaped cookies at the pay window.

My sincere condolences to Hank and Family.
