Joe - Did you ever get the check for your Richmond, VA runner-up? I know we have been a little slow on paying. Yada Yada Yada...I'm sure you guys hear the same thing from most companies. I am trying my hardest to keep up with all of the contingency. If anyone has problems with Manley contingencies please contact me.
