MAN,
Steve just called me Wednesday and told me he was in the hospital from having a heart attack, he told me they wanted to do a quadruple bypass. Steve said that he did not think he was strong enough for the bypass, so they put another stint in on Friday at 1:30pm. I talked to Steve 4-5 times during the week updating him on everyone at the Gators, and called him again Friday after he came out of surgery to check on him. Steve was feeling OK.
Steve will sure be missed, we have had a blast pitting next to him at the races the last 3 years.

I guess now Steve is cutting perfect bulbs and running right on at the big dragstrip in the sky...
