Jim, I've been researching alternatives to the high cost of VP for several weeks. The Rockett web site has a wealth of information pertaining to not only their product ,but their competitors.....As far as I can tell no other manufacturer has done this. ........Having used 76 FUEL in the past ,I'm reasonably sure that Rockett will be up to the standard we expect of our fuels.....Personaly ,other than differences in transportation costs,it seems that VP's higher costs might be due to offering such a wide product line of micro market fuels. .....I'll be testing Rockett 118 and Sunoco Maximal against VP C16 in my SG 565 engine, to see if a 3 dollar a gallon difference in price is justified, or if we are just helping to pay the cost of being the official fuel of the NHRA. .......Tom
