KELSON & KELSON STOCK/SUPERSTOCK SERIES - RACE 3 REPORT
Miramichi Dragway, July 27, 2025

The third race of the ACSSA 2025 season took place at the Miramichi National Open, and got delayed by a day once Q1 was completed when the skies opened up on Friday. Saturday however saw hot sunny skies and some great racing. Temperatures in the mid-70s, a DA that stayed under 2000', and Water Grains in the 50 range resulted in the top 9 qualifiers all running more than 1 second under. Thirty Stock and Super Stock cars rolled to the lanes for the two Qualifying sessions, including three from Quebec. When qualifying ended the top spot was held by Jeremy Keans at -1.308 under his Index.

Mike Ingram is one of the best racers in Eastern Canada and has won nearly everything there is to win. One thing that eluded had him until recently was a Wally for Stock/SuperStock, but that was remedied when he reached the Winner?s Circle in Napierville. Now, a mere 8 days later, he repeated the accomplishment with a win in Miramichi to earn his second Stock/SS Wally. With this win Mike makes a significant move upwards in in both the John Scotti National Open Series and the ACSSA series points. Meantime, with his second runner-up already this season, Jeremy Keans is also doing well in the ACSSA points. Congratulations to them both!
