2003 30? Gold Rush with Small Living Quarters

-24? of Garage floor space
-40 Gallon water tank
-Shower with electric on demand water heater
- Twin size Bed
-Both side door access
- Weight is 4400lbs
- 8 Lug wheels with tires that are almost 2 years old still in great shape
-Does not have ramp on back door, I use race ramps
-Paint is faded and has some dings. But will definitely clean up with some rubbing.
Trailer is not perfect by any means but definitely a good setup for a single guy.
-Trailer pulls like a dream definitely the nicest pulling and structurally built trailer I?ve had, just have out grown it.
-Do have wheel hangers as well in a box.
