Two things that should not be hard to implement with some simple coding.

1. Highlight a -1.30+ under run on the announcer/tower screens. This will help standardize the process for these fast runs and help communication to the tech dept at the scales on next procedures.

2. DO NOT ALLOW A DIAL IN ABOVE INDEX. I know that the racer is ultimately responsible for their own dial-in but should this not be a fail safe?

Both incidents happened over the weekend. It is 2025, there should be no reason to not have controls in place to mitigate issues.
