Pro Trans Info
 

Does anyone know what's up with Pro Trans? They don't answer their phone and the message box is always full. They also aren't responding to emails. I have parts on order that keep getting pushed back on their delivery date. Now that they're past the last date given (again) I can't even tell my customer when I can finish his trans. Disappointed in lack of communication.
Any help finding out what's going on with my order would be greatly appreciated.

Family owned and operated. Dave and Darrin Smith do probably everything themselves. Hopefully they get back to you. They moved from California to Texas I believe a couple years ago.

You might try A-1. They have a lot of pro trans parts

Calling Early or calling late is when I usually catch them. They are always busy.
Last time I was there they were covered up.
Dave and family are now Waco Texas residents. He built his shop right beside the house...prefect commute to work...

Hey Steve you being a ford guy may have something to do with it LOL. I have also tried to get parts from them with no luck, was never able to talk to anybody, was able to leave a message once. Also tried to go through other people like A1 with no luck. Good luck
