Grade Point Question
 

If I have 7 grade points that I've earned in Super Street, can I use those points to enter in Super Comp class at a national event that Super Street is not running? I do have a current Super Comp license and competition number, along with a Super Street license and competition number. And just to be clear, I'm using two different cars for the two classes, Dragster in Super Comp, and Camaro in Super Street. Grade point explanation on the web sight says, "Super Street Top Dragster and Top Sportsman drivers must earn grade points in their respective category to be eligible for National Event competition." But not sure if this answers my question. Any clarification of this would be appreciated.

You can use S/ST grade points to enter other classes. You cannot use other class grade points to enter S/ST. Same with T/S and T/D.

Is there a grade point criterion to enter the SS/AH HEMI Challenge?

You need a grade point to enter any National Event including the Shootout. Pretty sure that is the case. Might contact your Division Director on that one.

You are correct we have to have 1 grade point to enter the Hemi Challenge.

They just changed their minds!

If only entering the Hemi Challenge you DO NOT need a grade point!!!! Now if you plan to run the eliminator with the other Super Stock Classes you will need some to get in!
