Larry Yow passes
Longtime D-4 class racer Larry Yow passed away Saturday July 29. Larry was 80 years old. You younger guys won’t recognize the name but Larry was a terror back in the day. GODSPEED !!!

Sad to hear. I knew Larry pretty well in the late 60’s and early 70’s when he and Nelda lived in Phoenix and he worked outside sales for Canyon Ford. We raced against each other and he was my boss for a short period of time when we both worked for a Motorcraft WD. He was a great guy, low key, knew his Fords! Last time I saw him was a WCS race at Pueblo Colo. in the 80’s, he had his black 67 Fairlane then.
