Saddened to share that longtime friend and racer Bob Wibright passed peacefully in his sleep Friday evening. RIP my friend.

Very sad news. Bob owned my Camaro back in the 70's. Used to visit him occasionally at his shop but sadly haven't talked to him in years. RIP Bob

Sad news indeed. When I started racing Bob and his Ohio friends helped me so much. He was a wonderful man that LOVED racing. GODSPEED !!! For you youngsters out there, Bob owned the beautiful firebird that Mike Walter races in Superstock ….

So sad to hear this, always looked forward to seeing Bob at Columbus. He and his old buddy Halcy Hatfield are already bench racing I'm sure. Bob has always been a great guy and friend. He and Halcy were the best of friends. We have lost so many good people in the last few years including David Jackson, we're missing them all a great deal. RIP
