It is with a heavy heart I report my brother-law Jerry passed away late last night. it was peaceful in his sleep.

My condolences. I was always a fan, and I always felt that Jerry was a good guy, an innocent guy who got an extremely raw deal.

Wow I met Jerry way back at Baytown track, he took the time to speak to me always respected the man. RIP Jerry Eckman!

I haven’t seen anyone mention it. But I saw today. His stepson has a go fund me page going. They are trying to raise a little money to make sure he has a nice service. Any extra will goto veterans groups and Hospice. Sorry don’t know how to post links to it. But thought I’d pass it along that they are doing this for him. RIP
