I want to give a shout out to ATI for their customer service. I bought a supercase T350 early this year and received it in late June. Due to family and obligations, I was not able to race this year. I was able to take the car out on my wife's birthday (at her request) on Sept. 17th. I made one pass and the trans fails with all gears with the exception of high not working. I called ATI and they had a couple of things they wanted me to check. I explained the car was in the trailer and it would be a couple of weeks before I could get to it. When I called them back with the results, they said they would arrange for shipping it back to them. Today I received a call saying that it was repaired and were sending it back. I was happy as no $$ were discussed. I got the invoice, and it was $0.00. Awesome service taking care of a customer. Pass it along that this company takes care of their customers.

A nice story, but not at all unusual for ATI (in my personal experience). Back when Jim started ATI, he made it pretty clear that the company would have the "racer mentality", which always meant 1) Talk is cheap, 2) Promise times don't mean *****, if you don't hold to them, and 3) A little money spent on customer goodwill pays HUGE dividends. Really nice to hear they're still following the old man's philosophy.
