Super Service from a Super company
 

Talk about super customer service from ATI so in the late 70s I was testing My 1973 455 Super Duty Trans am at orange county Drag Strip in California. I broke a transmission someone told me to call a person named Jim Beattie, so on a Thursday afternoon I called Jim to see if he could get me a new Pontiac transmission he did not know me from Adam nor did I know him .Jim said the trans would be at the Ontario airport on Saturday at noon > he had to build one from scratch so sure enough Jim's transmission showed up at the airport at noon I had the trans in My car by 2 and made a run at 3, Keep in Mind no bill no information about me he just did this cause he was Jim Beattie,> so now today while putting in my fresh engine I realized the Dampier was to fat hitting my steering so in my no patience mode I called ATI and they are going to have a new Dampier at my doorstep Tuesday What a very service company JC is carrying on what Jim Beattie, started thanks to all at ATI
