Maverick going to Indy
 

I am pleased to announce that Marty Buth will be driving my Maverick at the US Nationals while I am at a family reunion in England.



It is not often that you can get a person of his ability to drive your car at the US Nationals.



The Buth family has a long and storied history in NHRA and it is an honor for them to enter my car which is a traveling billboard for all you have served and those who did not come home.

Sarge has graciously allowed our family to represent his Air Force Maverick at the U.S. Nationals. But the driver will be my nephew Travis Buth. Thanks to Sarge for his service to our country and for letting Travis use his car!

I see what ya did here … gonna leave Travis to kick my ads at Indy eh ??? Was looking forward to seeing / racing you but I’m sure that ffford will kick my *** and now you won’t even get any of that free nhra HP back cause they once again tied the ahfs hands 😳😳

I am soooo sorry Jack. I would have loved to be at Indy but a family reunion in England got in the way. We have folks coming from all over the globe and it is a once in a lifetime thing. Maybe next year. I will be 82 and would love to kick every ones butt.
