Bad road side service
 

Just got off the phone with a representative of Good Sam Elite Road Side Service. I was informed that my tire only had a slow leak, so they wouldn't warrenty the tire, but when I was on the phone with a rep the day of, they told me they would only come out to replace the tire not fix it also said that a new one was $854.24 which they took up front before sending out the tire truck and they kept my tire that was only11 months old. I was in FL when it happened, friends do not deal with these folks Good Sam elite is a joke, you have to pay out of pocket and this kind of crap happens, NO REFUND!!! WHICH WAS PROMISED AND THEY KEPT MY TIRE!

Call Marcus Lamonis. In all the literature I get from them it lists his phone number and the quote " If you are not happy I am not happy, please call"
Try it.
