trailer wood deck paint?

what brand & type of paint do you use on the wood deck of an open car trailer, which resists 'hot tire lift'? thats a paint industry name for paint sticking to the tire and pealing off the wood.
for years, I used Frazze 'Timberline 400' type, with great success. its no longer made!
Baer, Glidden, Sherman-Willims [joke] and Dunn-Edwards have no type of 'non hot tire lift'.
oil base paint will not last in the AZ Summer heat/Sun.
any help will be appreciated.
thanks Rod in AZ

Rod,

High end home builders use Duckback products for wood decks. When I lived in Washington State a friend of mine built high end homes and was the one that directed me to their product line. After 3 years, the deck still looked like new and the wood stopped cracking.

Use their wood stripper, wood cleaner and then apply their elastomeric
coating and let it cure. Not cheap, but it does work.

Don't believe you will find any paint that resists hot tire marks. What I did to resist the marks left by the tires was to purchase from the Rotary Lift Company the spotting pads that are used in shops to align a car with a lift. The spotting pads do two things, first they keep the tires off of the paint and second it allows you to park the car in the trailer in the exact same spot each and every time. You will need four pads to get the job done..
