I have a car in Moose Jaw I need brought over the Canadian border into Montana, can any one help, will pay for services.

By far the easiest (most trouble-free) way to do what you want to do is to retain a Customs broker to handle the task. I just (days ago) brought a car across from Canada into the US and because I paid a broker to handle the paper work, it was zero trouble. Call John Scott Classic Cars (in Montreal) and Claude Scotti will help you get in touch with the broker they work with. It is cheaper than you might think and you will avoid the delays that come from rookie mistakes. Good luck.
